You might want to specify the use of a metal sheet pan or baking dish and delete the photos of the chicken in the glass baking dish. Chicken naturally releases juices as it bakes. I have had it happen that way as well. I just drain the liquid if there is a lot. Not sure why it would be pink though! Pink as in raw? I make it the same and add a pkg of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix. Stir well, follow the the rest of the directions. Just made this tonight. Super delicious. Even my 6 year old son ate it and he is a picky eater. Making this again very soon. I mixed in Pampered Chef Dill and Garlic seasoning, and seasoned salt. Thanks for the idea!
